This year we are testing the technology of growing blueberries in tunnels.
The tunnel is a special greenhouse covered with a passively ventilated film. The main advantage of this method is the ability to get the first berries a few weeks earlier. In addition, it allows for more rational use of water and mineral fertilizers, reduces temperature and humidity fluctuations, and creates a more optimal microclimate for growing and ripening.
It is also possible to obtain higher quality blueberries under the coating. Berries from the tunnels always have a better presentation because they are protected from dust, wind, and precipitation
This year we finally received our structures, have already installed them and are expecting a first-class early blueberry harvest.
